Product Description
The glazed tile pressing machine adopts an automated production process and has a fast operating speed, and can produce a large number of glazed tiles in a short time. Compared with traditional manual production or other relatively backward production methods, it greatly improves production efficiency and can meet the needs of large-scale construction projects.

In the production process of glazed tiles, metal sheets are usually supplied in the form of coils. The primary function of the uncoiler is to smoothly and steadily unwind these tightly wound metal sheets.
Hydraulic Pump Station
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming machine.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
Shaft & Roller
The shaft is the supporting base of the roller, which keeps the roller in the correct position and posture to ensure that it can stably press and shape the plate. Multiple groups of rollers are installed on the frame of the tile press through the shaft. The accuracy and strength of the shaft directly affect the concentricity and stability of the roller, and thus affect the forming quality of the glazed tile.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
After the equipment is shut down, the power supply and gas source (if any) should be turned off in time, and the debris and waste on the surface of the equipment and around it should be cleaned to keep the workplace clean.
It can realize continuous and uninterrupted production, and complete the processes from plate loading, profiling to cutting in one go, reducing the pause and waiting time in the production process, and effectively improving the utilization rate of equipment and production efficiency.
