Guides the coil into correct position for roll forming. Includes hand pull cutting device for convenient pre-cutting when changing color or thickness.

Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating. Processed rollers are smooth, hard, rust-resistant, and will not scratch the sheet during operation.

Drives the cutter for cutting operations. Hydraulic tank uses 46# hydraulic oil. Equipped with cooling fan for internal circulation cooling to prevent high oil temperature issues. Solenoid valve brand: Huade.

Features automatic and manual operation modes. Allows setting of target sheet length and quantity via touchscreen. Simple and easy to operate system. Electrical component brands: VFD: Delta, Circuit breaker: Delixi, Contactor: Delixi, Relay: Xinling, PLC: Delta, Transformer: Delixi.

Blade and pressing mould material is CR12. Features high strength, excellent hardenability, and superior wear resistance.
