Component Specifications

5T Manual Decoiler

This part is used to support coil and make the coil rotate. Bearing capacity: 5T. Inner diameter: 470-530mm (adjustable according to demand). Equipped with brake device to prevent machine damage from impact during operation.

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter

Guides the coil into correct position for roll forming. Includes hand pull cutting device for pre-cutting when changing color or thickness.

Shaft & Roller

Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating. Processed rollers are smooth, hard, rust-resistant, and will not scratch sheets during operation.

Hydraulic Pump Station

Troubleshooting Guide

1. Oil pump cannot start, manual cannot work:

(1) Zero line not fixed. Voltmeter shows more than 200V normal, more than 200V indicates zero line fault.

(2) Emergency stop button locked. Rotate clockwise to release.

2. Oil pump can be started but cannot be manually operated:

Hand auto button not in manual position or damaged.

3. Manual normal, but no automatic:

(1) Automatic hand knob not in automatic position or damaged. Start button damaged.

(2) Knife not reversed at upper limit or upper and lower limits.

(3) Mold not reversed at upper limit or upper and lower limits.

(4) Data setting error.

4. Knife keeps going up and pump is blocked:

(1) Upper limit improperly adjusted or switch damaged.

(2) K1 and K2 reversed.

(3) Solenoid valve stuck. Turn off oil pump and press knife to cut off. When hearing "click" sound, turn on pump and raise knife to upper limit position.

5. Knife keeps moving downwards and holds pump:

(1) Lower limit improperly adjusted or switch damaged.

(2) Solenoid valve stuck. Turn off oil pump, press knife to cut off. When hearing "click" sound, turn on pump to raise knife to upper limit position.

6. Mold keeps going upwards and holds oil pump:

(1) Upper limit improperly adjusted or switch damaged.

(2) K3 and K4 reversed.

(3) Solenoid valve stuck. Turn off oil pump and press down on lift and pressure type respectively. When hearing "click" sound, turn on pump to raise mold to upper limit position.

7. Mold keeps going downwards and holds pump:

(1) Lower limit improperly adjusted or switch damaged.

(2) K3 and K4 reversed.

(3) Solenoid valve stuck. Turn off oil pump and press down pressure boosting type. When hearing "click" sound, turn on pump and raise knife to upper limit position.
