Product Overview
A standard production line is a fully integrated system comprising several key components that work in perfect synchronization:
Decoiler (Uncoiler): Available in manual or hydraulic configurations, it securely holds and smoothly feeds the heavy metal coil (typically 5 to 10 tons) into the forming system.
Feeding and Guiding Mechanism: Ensures the raw metal sheet enters the rollers at a precise angle, eliminating material deviation and protecting the surface coating.
Roll Forming System: The core of the machine, featuring 14 to 24 pairs of sequential rollers (depending on the profile complexity). The rollers are fabricated from premium tool steel (like GCr15 or Cr12), precision-machined via CNC, heat-treated, and finished with hard chrome plating to maximize durability and prevent scratching the metal sheets.
Hydraulic Post-Cutting System: Utilizes a profile-matched blade driven by a heavy-duty hydraulic pump. It delivers clean, burr-free cuts precisely at the specified length without damaging the panel shape.
PLC Control Cabinet: Equipped with a user-friendly touch screen, allowing operators to easily program panel lengths, batch quantities, and production speeds.
