Hydraulic Pump Station

Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.

The control cabinet can also be interconnected with other equipment, such as working with the uncoiler, hydraulic pump station, etc., to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the entire floor decking forming machine system, providing a strong guarantee for the production of high-quality floor decking.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
When there is a brief speed fluctuation in the upstream uncoiler or downstream forming equipment, the feed table can maintain the continuity of material transportation through its own buffer mechanism to avoid production stagnation or plate damage caused by speed differences.
Shaft & Roller
The shaft is the supporting base of the roller, which keeps the roller in the correct position and posture to ensure that it can stably press and shape the plate. Multiple groups of rollers are installed on the frame of the tile press through the shaft. The accuracy and strength of the shaft directly affect the concentricity and stability of the roller, and thus affect the forming quality of the glazed tile.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
The reliability and durability of the cutter are also important factors affecting production stability. Carefully designed and manufactured cutters can maintain good cutting performance in long-term, high-intensity working environments, reducing the frequency of downtime and replacement due to cutter wear and damage, thereby reducing production costs and improving the company's production efficiency.
