Product Description

During the sheet forming process, the length of the trapezoidal tile needs to be precisely controlled. Usually, the double-layer trapezoidal tile press adopts a length measuring device to achieve this function. Common length measuring devices include encoders, roller counters, etc. The encoder is connected to the transmission system and can accurately measure the conveying length of the sheet. When the sheet is conveyed to the set length, the encoder will send a signal to the control system. The roller counter measures the length of the sheet by contacting the surface of the sheet and rotating as the sheet moves, and by counting the number of revolutions of the roller.

The material of blade is CR12.

After shaping, the metal is cut into individual slats of the required length. Precision cutting ensures uniformity in the final product.

 

After receiving the length signal, the control system will trigger the shearing device to shear the double-layer trapezoidal tile after forming. The shearing device usually adopts hydraulic shears or mechanical shears. The hydraulic shears have the advantages of large shearing force, fast shearing speed and smooth cut, while the mechanical shears have the characteristics of simple structure and low maintenance cost. During the shearing process, the shearing tool will quickly cut the plate to obtain the finished double-layer trapezoidal tile of the required length. In order to improve the shearing efficiency and quality, some tile pressing machines also adopt automatic feeding and continuous shearing technology, which can continuously perform shearing operations without stopping the machine, greatly improving production efficiency.
