Product Description
The raw materials (such as color steel plates) are placed on the unloading rack, and the plates are conveyed to the forming part through the feed guide rollers. In the forming part, the plates are gradually bent and squeezed under the action of multiple sets of rollers, and gradually form the shape of trapezoidal tiles according to the shape and arrangement of the rollers. The gap and pressure between the rollers can be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate and the requirements of the trapezoidal tiles.
The formed trapezoidal tiles continue to be conveyed forward. When the set length is reached, the cutter in the shearing part, driven by the power system, shears the trapezoidal tiles from the plate to obtain the finished trapezoidal tiles. The whole process is carried out in a cycle under the precise control of the control system, and the trapezoidal tile products that meet the requirements are continuously produced.

The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
The automation level is high, and the whole process from feeding to forming and shearing can realize continuous production, which reduces the manual intervention and improves the production efficiency.
