This rollform equipment produces aluminum metcopo step tile roof sheets, a new tile model that offers enhanced performance compared to standard step tile roof sheets.

System Overview

The complete aluminum metcopo stepped tile roofing sheets production line includes a 5-ton automatic electric decoiler, sheet guilder, corrugation machine, hydraulic cutter, supporting tables, and Mitsubishi PLC controller. This rolling machine enables operators to produce metcopo steptiles of any length.
