Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
When the forming roller of the tile press applies pressure to the plate for rolling, the feed table can reduce the impact and vibration of the plate, so that the plate can enter the rolling process more smoothly, which helps to protect the equipment parts of the tile press, reduce equipment wear and failure, and also improve the quality and stability of plate rolling.
Shaft & Roller
The upper and lower rollers of a double-layer tile pressing machine usually have specific grooves and protrusions. When materials such as metal sheets are fed in and clamped between the two rollers, the rollers apply pressure to cause the material to undergo plastic deformation, thereby pressing the material into tiles of specific shapes, such as trapezoidal, wavy, etc.
Pressing Section & Cutter
After the continuous sheet is pressed and formed, it is divided into individual tile units to facilitate subsequent transportation, stacking and installation. If it is not cut and separated, the continuous sheet will be very inconvenient to use and it will be difficult to accurately lay and install it.
