Hydraulic Pump Station

Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
The control cabinet can be interconnected with other equipment, such as working with the uncoiler, hydraulic pump station, etc., to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the entire floor decking forming machine system, providing a strong guarantee for the production of high-quality floor decking.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
Provide support for the plate to be processed, so that the plate can be kept in a stable position before entering the forming machine of the tile press, prevent the plate from bending, deforming or falling due to its own weight, and ensure the smooth progress of the loading process
Shaft & Roller
During the tile pressing process, the shaft has to bear various loads such as pressure and friction between the roller and the plate. In particular, the solid shaft can withstand greater pressure, ensuring that when pressing plates of different thicknesses and materials, the equipment will not be affected by the deformation or damage of the shaft and affect production, thus ensuring the normal operation of the tile pressing machine and product quality.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
According to production requirements, the pressed double-layer trapezoidal colored steel tiles are precisely cut to the set length, so that the colored steel tiles reach the specified size specifications, meet the use requirements of different construction projects, and ensure the smooth progress of construction.
