Product Description
The first step of the double-layer trapezoidal tile press is the sheet conveying. Usually, it is equipped with a feeding device to smoothly feed the metal sheet to be processed (such as color steel sheet, galvanized sheet, etc.) into the machine. These feeding devices generally include a powered roller, which is driven by a motor to rotate the roller. The sheet is placed on the roller and is conveyed to the next processing link under the action of friction. The speed of the powered roller can be adjusted according to production needs to match the rhythm of the subsequent forming process.

Hydraulic Pump Station
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming machine.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
In terms of operational convenience, it is presented in an intuitive graphical interface. Operators do not need complex training and can easily complete various operations by touching the screen.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The temporary loading platform after the metal coil is unwound ensures that the plates output from the uncoiler can be placed in an orderly manner to avoid plate accumulation and folding during the transition process. Through reasonable design, the feeding table can adapt to plates of different widths and weights to ensure the stability of material placement.
Shaft & Roller
Rollers are key components for processing and forming plates. In the leveling stage, the leveling rollers repeatedly roll the uneven plates by applying appropriate pressure to eliminate defects such as wavy and curved surfaces on the plate surface, so that the plate reaches the flatness required for subsequent forming.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
It can accurately cut the continuously formed floor decking into pre-set lengths. This process requires not only that the cutter has sufficient cutting force to cope with metal sheets of different materials and thicknesses, but also extremely high precision to ensure that the length error of each floor decking is controlled within a very small range.
