Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter

The feeding table also has a certain buffering function. When the upstream uncoiler or downstream forming equipment has a short speed fluctuation, the feeding table can maintain the continuity of material transportation through its own buffering mechanism to avoid production stagnation or plate damage caused by speed differences.

Pressing Section & Cutter

After the metal sheet has gone through the uncoiling, leveling and precise forming process, the cutter begins to play its core function. It can accurately cut the continuously formed floor decking according to the pre-set length.​
