Product Description
After the equipment is started, the rolled metal sheet is first placed on the unwinder, smoothly unrolled and transported to the leveling device. The leveling device repeatedly rolls the sheet through multiple sets of leveling rollers to eliminate the unevenness of the sheet during transportation or storage, ensuring that the sheet entering the subsequent forming process is in a flat state.

Hydraulic Pump Station


The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.
The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming machine.

Touch Screen Control Cabinet

The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
 

The control cabinet can be interconnected with other equipment, such as working with the uncoiler, hydraulic pump station, etc., to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the entire floor decking forming machine system, providing a strong guarantee for the production of high-quality floor decking.

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter

Guide the coil come into the correct position and going to the roll forming part.
Also including a Hand Pull Cutting Device, it is convenient to pre-cut the coil when want to changing color or thickness.

Shaft & Roller

 

Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.
The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.

Pressing Section & Cutter

The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.

The formed colored steel tiles are cut into fixed lengths by a cutter according to the pre-set length. Under the precise control of the control system, the cutter quickly and accurately cuts the colored steel tiles to ensure that the length of each colored steel tile meets the requirements.
