Product Description
The rolled color steel sheet is placed on the feed rack and enters the roller assembly through the feed guide device. The motor drives the chain transmission to rotate the upper and lower rollers, and the color steel sheet is subjected to cold bending forming processing one by one, gradually forming the shape of a trapezoidal single plate. The formed sheet continues to move forward and reaches the post-forming shearing part. According to the set length, the hydraulic shearing device or mechanical shearing device is controlled by the PLC control system to accurately cut it to obtain the required length of the trapezoidal single plate color steel sheet.

Hydraulic Pump Station
The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.
The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming machine.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
Guide the coil come into the correct position and going to the roll forming part.
Also including a Hand Pull Cutting Device, it is convenient to pre-cut the coil when want to changing color or thickness.

Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.
The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
