Product Description

The first step of the double-layer trapezoidal tile press is the sheet conveying. Usually, it is equipped with a feeding device to smoothly feed the metal sheet to be processed (such as color steel sheet, galvanized sheet, etc.) into the machine. These feeding devices generally include a powered roller, which is driven by a motor to rotate the roller. The sheet is placed on the roller and is conveyed to the next processing link under the action of friction. The speed of the powered roller can be adjusted according to production needs to match the rhythm of the subsequent forming process.

While the first layer is being formed, another similar forming system is forming the second layer of sheet material. This process is similar to the first layer, but due to the double-layer design, precise synchronous control is required. High-precision transmission devices and control systems are usually used to ensure the synchronization of the two-layer forming. For example, the movement of the two-layer forming rollers is coordinated through a synchronous shaft or electronic sensor so that they complete the same forming steps in the same time, thereby producing two trapezoidal tiles with the same or different specifications.
