Product Description

Body structure: usually welded with solid steel, such as 300mm H steel as the body frame, and 14mm steel plate for the middle plate to ensure that the machine is stable and does not deform under high-intensity work.
Shaft and mold wheel: The shaft is mostly made of 45# steel, and the shaft body size has certain specifications after processing, such as the common shaft body size of φ70mm solid shaft. The mold wheel is also processed and formed with 45# steel, and the surface is hard chrome plated to enhance wear resistance and service life, ensuring that the pressed color steel tile has accurate pattern and smooth surface.

Hydraulic Pump Station

The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.

The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.

Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil temperature during working.

The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.

The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.

Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.

The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.

Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.

The material of blade is CR12.

With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
