Under the action of the rollers, the sheet is gradually bent and squeezed, and gradually forms the shape of the upper trapezoidal tile according to the contour of the rollers. During the forming process, the gap and pressure between the rollers can be precisely adjusted through the adjustment device to adapt to sheets of different thicknesses and materials, ensuring the forming accuracy and quality of the upper trapezoidal tile. For example, for thicker sheets, the gap and pressure between the rollers need to be appropriately increased, while for thinner sheets, the gap and pressure need to be reduced to avoid excessive deformation or damage of the sheet.
