Under the action of the mold, the sheet is gradually formed into the shape of the glazed tile through continuous bending, pressing and other processes. For example, the edge of the sheet is first bent into a certain arc, and then the middle is pressed, so that the tile presents the unique wave shape and three-dimensional sense of the glazed tile.

Hydraulic Pump Station

The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.

Control Cabinet

The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.

The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.

Pressing Section & Cutter

The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.

 

This part is used to collect the formed products.

The bracket is equipped with rollers to facilitate the product forwarding without being scratched.
