Hydraulic Pump Station
When pressing thicker plates, the system pressure is increased through the hydraulic pump station to make the hydraulic cylinder produce greater thrust, ensuring that the plates can be pressed and formed smoothly; when pressing thinner plates, the pressure is reduced to prevent the plates from being damaged due to excessive pressure.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
Guide and position the feeding direction of the plate to ensure that the plate can enter the forming rollers of the tile press accurately and ensure that the tile press rolls the plate evenly and accurately.
Shaft & Roller
The upper and lower rollers of the double-layer tile pressing machine usually have specific grooves and protrusions. When materials such as metal sheets are fed in and clamped between the two rollers, the rollers apply pressure to cause the material to undergo plastic deformation, thereby pressing the material into tiles of specific shapes, such as trapezoidal, wavy, etc.

The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
