Hydraulic Pump Station
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming machine.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
In the conveying process, the feeding table accurately controls the conveying speed and position of the plate, and works closely with the subsequent leveling device, forming equipment, etc. It feeds the plate into the leveling process at a stable speed, ensuring that the plate is in a good conveying state before being leveled, laying the foundation for high-quality leveling operations.
Shaft & Roller
During the leveling stage, the leveling rollers apply appropriate pressure to repeatedly roll over the uneven plates to eliminate surface defects such as wavy shapes and bends, allowing the plates to reach the flatness required for subsequent forming.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
The quality and performance of the cutter are directly related to the quality of the cut surface of the floor decking. A high-quality cutter can ensure that the cut surface is flat and smooth, without burrs, deformation and other defects, which is crucial to improving the installation convenience and overall aesthetics of the floor decking.
