In the production process of glazed tiles, metal sheets are usually supplied in the form of coils. The primary function of the uncoiler is to smoothly and steadily unwind these tightly wound metal sheets.
Hydraulic Pump Station
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming machine.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The feed table provides a platform for the initial positioning of the plate to be processed. When the operator places the plate on the feed table, he can accurately place the plate in the appropriate position according to the marking or positioning device of the feed table, ensuring that the plate can enter the roller system of the tile press at the correct angle and position, thereby ensuring the accuracy and quality of subsequent profiling.
Shaft & Roller
During the sheet conveying process, the shaft can play a certain guiding role, guiding the sheet along the predetermined path into the roller gap, preventing the sheet from running off or dislocating, and ensuring the smooth progress of the profiling process.
Pressing Section & Cutter
According to production requirements, the continuously pressed glazed tile blanks are precisely cut to the set length to ensure that the length of each glazed tile meets the design standards and that the tiles can be accurately spliced during laying, thus maintaining the neatness and beauty of the roof.
After the equipment is shut down, the power supply and gas source (if any) should be turned off in time, and the debris and waste on the surface of the equipment and around it should be cleaned to keep the workplace clean.
