Product Description
The working principle of the rolling door forming machine is based on the plastic deformation of metal. The pre-cut metal sheet (usually cold-rolled steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet) is placed on the feeding device, and then the sheet is conveyed to the roller system through the feeding device. The rollers in the roller system continuously bend, curl and other deformation operations on the sheet in a certain order and shape. Under the extrusion and guidance of the rollers, the sheet gradually forms a specific shape of the rolling door panel, such as wavy, trapezoidal, etc. When the panel reaches the set length, the cutting device will cut it off to complete the forming process of a panel.

Hydraulic Pump Station
The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.
The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.
Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil temperature during working.
Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
Output Table
This part is used to collect the formed products.
The bracket is equipped with rollers to facilitate the product forwarding without being scratched.
